Neder cafeteria

Refurbishment of commercial space for cafeteria and ice-cream shop. Cafeteria specialising in breakfasts, healthy snacks and homemade ice cream.
We were in charge of obtaining the municipal licence to obtain the permit for a new activity, managing all the project documentation. On the other hand, we also did the interior design work, giving the Neder cafeteria its own personality, making it stand out among the wide range of restaurants and bars in Tolosa.
The design was based on the needs of the clients, on the minimum necessary to carry out their new activity: a closed preparation room, a bar as wide as possible, an ice cream area to sell ice cream through the window… Although the space was small, it was possible to install everything the customers needed.
